They don't even deserve 1 red star

They are unbelievably selfish and don’t care about their clients — as long as they can squeeze money out of them, that’s all that matters to them. They’ve gone into my account without my consent, causing unnecessary bank charges, and when I called them to complain about this all I got was there's nothing they can do about it, yet I am left bearing the consequences. How do I continue a relationship with a company I cannot trust with my account?

And I told them that I think it's best that I cancel because I can't trust them, the first thing they jumped to when I said that is of course money that I have to pay them squeezing more out of me and guess what again they go into my account on a date that we didn't agree on and this time they made multiple deductions.
