They don't care.

This company does not care about it customers as long as they are getting money from you then they are fine. I submitted a complain to cartrack of an on going issue from last year October, I ever posted it here on hellopeter on the 13 of September, they said they will investigate and get back to me. Till today they are still investigating. Good luck with choosing them, you will need it.
