They charged me a once off fee twice

They charged me a once off fee twice. I had to ask for a refund, which took forever. They also charged me for extra features I never asked for. I decided to keep one feature and questioned why they're charging me for carwatch while my package already includes it. It's been months asking for a refund with no luck. For months, I've requested to change the debit order date via WhatsApp, call and email but there's still no change to this day. Seeing they haven't deducted on the date requested in April, I asked if I could pay it myself and whether they won't deduct again on their usual date. I was sent bank details for the payment and reassured that they won't deduct again. Guess what? They just deducted. What an inconvenience! Now I have to request another refund while waiting for the previous refunds. I've never seen such an *********** company. They really don't value their customers.
