They called telling me they received a power off on my car, I told them I’m not with the car. The car is with the driver so let me try to call him after few try I called them back to inform that the drivers phone is on voicemail and the lady asked if I can go check on him, I told her I’m in Limpopo and the car is in Gauteng she asked what to do next and I said go check on him. She said I have to open a case first can you imagine. Instead of going to check if the car is safe to save time you’re telling to go open a case 40km away on gravel road which will take me an hour to get to the police station. Mxm we are paying for nothing here this company sucks
