I have been recieving the most humbling service from carrack since the last couple of months quick to sell you product but once they got your money your treated LIKE A DOG even better while they haven't resolved your issues they call you again trying to sell you more stupid products to enrich themselves

THEY ARE TECHNICIANS ARE USELESS

I have been having battery draining issues , I initially thought it was my battery went to buy another battery then I was stupid enough to take on another account on another vehicle a with a brand new battery guess what it drained the battery dead now I had to go replace the battery as they are not going to take accountability I have been up and down with the scheduling dept trying to get this fixed ****** USELESS

I WANT OUT OF THIS WITH MY 2 CARS ILL FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WITH A BETTER SERVICE

THEY MUST JUST APPLY TO BE PART OF THE BIG 5 CARTEL AS IM SURE NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY ARE ROBBING THEIR MONEY
