They are excellent. I have one concern though. By now the hijackers know how Cartrack operates. So when I get hijacked while entering my vehicle before I even start the vehicle, the hijackers know already that I will receive a call from Cartrack if I did not deactivate CAR WATCH. How can Cartrack assist me if the hijackers sit with my phone and answer themselves that everything is ok when asked or prompt to press 3??. What I suggest is that Cartrack must ask for a safe password or a distress password. When the person gives the safe password it is all good and well. But when the person gives the distress password the operator must act cool and calm. The operator calling will notice the distress password and should hang up and say thank you, but in the meantime despatch HELP to wherever the vehicle is in motion. Just a thought.
