They **** about cancellation at no cost

They don't respond to cancellations.

When I joined, I was told it was going to be a month to month contract, they told me I could cancel at no cost.

My vehicle was in an accident and is beyond repair.

Now they want me to pay over R6000 to cancel the service.

They said they would email me a cancelation form to fill out and send it back to them, it's been two weeks still no form from them sent to me.
