There is something untoward in the accounts department

There is something untoward in the accounts department. They charged me R692,42 for pro-rata, deducted it on the 5th Feb and deducted R778 on the 7th Feb. Explanations thereof leaves much to be desired. The R692,42 doesn't reflect on the statement they sent me. Yet they are quick to say my account is in areas. For how many people am I paying for?
