27 Jan 2026, 08:18made a payment on 2 January 2026, covering six months upfront. My next payment is only due on 1 July 2026. However, Cartrack has been pestering me daily with calls and SMS messages, claiming that I still owe them R193.It seems their accounts department either doesn’t know how to calculate correctly, or they may be unfairly targeting non-South Africans. When they call, they ask me to provide my details. After I do, they apologize and confirm that my account is up to date, saying my next payment is due in July. Yet, shortly afterward, another agent calls and insists my account is in arrears, demanding a payment of R193 to “update” my account. This back-and-forth is confusing, and I genuinely don’t know what is going on.
