Their service received from them was pathetic

Their service received from them was pathetic. I recently purchased a new vehicle I was ment to pick it up on Thursday 28/11/24 I had called car track the previous day requesting for them to fit the tracking unit in my vehicle they said someone would go to the dealership and fit the unit no1 went. I called Friday morning to enquire what happened since someone was meant to do fitment on the vehicle Thursday they were unable to provide me with a valid explanation. They then said someone would go to the dealership on Friday at 3pm 🕒 no1 called prior 3pm or after I had to then call cartrack after 3pm to find out what was happening since I was taking the vehicle from the dealership they then said the technician couldn’t make it I asked if they could have not called me to notify me of such instead I had to call them to find out what’s happening since it was way gone past 3pm 🕒 I will never recommend them ever their service is pathetic they have no care whatsoever. They don’t even deserve a star 💩
