Their admin is a mess

Their admin is a mess. They quoted me R1200 to put take out an old and put in a new equipment. Paid in 9 August 2024 . Send the PoP on their WhatsApp line as they requested on 16August . They kept on calling everyday 3 times a day … I emailed the PoP again on the 4th September … still they kept sending me smses and calls … now again on 13/09 and even today - I just decided not to take their calls Their system is a mess and not intergrated . They take extremrly long to respond and even their accounts people dint know what to do .
