Thee worst of the worst. Stay far away from these people!
These people are the worst of the worst! I had a dual dash cam installed by them in November, 2024. The item was faulty from day 1! The technician told me to give it a week, which I did, and then reported it.
It is now February 2025 and the dash cam is still not replaced. They always tell me they're out of stock but they keep deducting money for an item that does not work.
Stay away from this company they are thee worst ever. I can't wait to get out of this f*****g contract with them. If they have issues with replacing a f*****g dashcam, how the f*** are they going to find my car when it gets hijacked!
CarTrack is a ****! Don't waste your money on these people. You'll have nightmares on nightmares.

06 Mar 2025, 11:03A technician came through yesterday (Wed, 05 March 2025). After failing to replace the unit, he basically told me there's nothing he can do! He even suggested that I should call the emergency number and lie about my car being hijacked, and ask you guys to identify the driver, obviously you won't be able to do that because your equipment don't work!
You know what the funny part, I am still paying for this dashcam when it never even worked a day of its life. You're such a **** of a company.
