THE WORST TRACKING SYSTEM IS CAR TRACK

I have just started business with you people, I have had tracker installed in 2 of my vehicles, my truck is off the road for 4 days and every day you guys are calling me to arrange a check on my vehicle tracking which is faulty I am tired I have lost business for 4 days my truck did not work waiting for you, thus is causing a problem if I send my truck out on my insurance. Please remove this system and I will deal directly with tracker
