The worst tracking device EVER !!!

Good day please do not even think about using cartrack as this is the worst tracking company I needed to phone them to tell them my vehicle is ****** and needed to phone them when it was recoverd and when I asked them about the money back they said I did not phone them evey 3 months but 2 months back I have requested the ceetificates for the insurance they send it to me and when I asked them regarding this they could not answer me meaning they just send you an them and can not tell you if your tracking devices of witch I had 2 in is in working order as long as you are giving them their money please just use an other company I will add an email to witch till now 2 months later they can not give me an answer I have even requested for an manger to call me still to now nobody called me.... Good day

As I am busy with legal advise please just state for me on the mail that cartrack does not test the unit when a client request the certificates for the insurance you just send the certificates if its in working codition or not
