THE WORST TRACKING COMPANY EVER!

I have been with car track just over a year and I was unaware that their contract was for 36 months, upon signing up the agent told me it's for 24 months. I am still waiting on Cartrack to provide me with the signed agreement where it stated 36 months. They are now requesting I pay a cancelation fee of R2650! On the day I canceled the agent told me I can speak to accounts department to make payment arrangements if I cannot afford the full amount, I can advise them on how much I can afford per month. Today the accounts department calls me to tell me I can only pay it over 2 months! I then received a message on their Whatsapp line to debit this month's fee of R163, 90 of which I said they can debit that amount only. They asked if the should debit the cancelation fee as well and I specifically said NO twice! They still tried to debit the full amount of R2813, 90. This is actually very disgusting seeing that I was a loyal client for over a year and referred so many family members to Cartrack. I will never refer anybody to them and I will never make use of cartrack ever again!
