The worst tracking company

U am so fed up with cartrack. I recently saw on the track app that my car has not moved for 160 days yet I have been driving to work everyday. So I call these people to report that my tracking device is clearly not working. It's been 4 weeks now I am struggling to get these people to sort it out yet they are debating every month but this damn tracker is not working this is bull. I called again last week they scheduled for today at 10 now they are coming with excuses if they do not want to fix the device then I want all my money back from the last few month this device has not been working. Becoz on their side they should've notice this and called to make sure everything is fine becoz they have notice the car has been in the same spot for so long. Clearly they don't do their job
