The worst tracker that doesn't remove fitment from sold cars!!!

Cartrack think they are the only tracking insurance that we must bear their nonsense. For two weeks I have been calling requesting for the device removal of the previous owner of the car I bought,till today there is no installation and re-installation allocation but they have the never to tell me that they will call within 48 hours to arrange the fitment time but 48 hours has already lapsed. Rather I get a person that works with tracking devices and remove your nonsense device in my car and get my new fitment and go home to bury my grandmother in peace because you do not do your work instead you want me calling your offices everyday as if I'm some crazy woman. I have had it with your nonsense!
