The worst service provider in south africa.

Good day.

Im writing this review as a first step and to help other people with this problem as well.

A year ago I bought a new car and took out a tracking device from cartrack, for my car. A few months ago i lost my source of income due to unfortunate circumstances and as soon as i heard that my income was taken away i contacted cartrack to cancel the device because i.wouldnt be able to afford it. I know R150 is not much but if you cant afford even that, imagine how bad the financial situation is. Anyway when i phone the contact centre they told me sorry sir you cant cancel you contract unless you pay the full outstanding amount of the duration of the contract. Wich in the first place was never communicated to me. So told the person that i was speaking with i didnt know that and they told me i signed the contract verbally so i must have known. Now i didnt record the call but i know they do "for security purposes". So after signing the contract verbally, i didnt recieve the contract in writing to read through the terms and conditions. In other words i didnt know about the 3 year period that im supposed to pay in full when canceling the contract. Now for the past 2-3 months they have been calling me 4 times a day to ask me when am i going to pay? So please tell me what do you guys expect of me?? If i cant pay, i cant pay the full amount nor the R150 per month. Harrasing me isnt going to put money in my bank account, nor is it going to solve anything. They keep on asking me to make a payment arrangement but how the hell must i make an arrangement if i dont even know when im going to be able to afford it again?? You guys are either totally retarded or you are just damn stubborn!! Now you are threatening me with legal action? You guys are harrasing me and threatening me!! I dont know how to explain this anymore and the more i try, the more they call me?? You guys are the absolute ****ing worst service provider in RSA!
