The Worst Service I Have Ever Experienced
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the level of service I have received. This has been, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience of my entire life. To begin with, Amber from customer service was exceptionally rude and completely unprofessional. There was a clear lack of basic customer care, respect, and willingness to assist. Secondly, I was kept on the phone for over 30 minutes, during which I was transferred from one department to another repeatedly. Each transfer required me to explain the same issue over and over again, showing a total lack of internal communication and efficiency. Thirdly, debit orders are being deducted from my account on incorrect dates, without authorization or explanation. On top of that, there is no R59 charge reflected on any of my statements, yet I am still expected to account for it. This is unacceptable and deeply concerning. I have also received emails from Marvin and Nombuso, but when I responded requesting clarification, there was no follow-up or response whatsoever. Emails are simply ignored once questions are asked. How is it reasonable to expect a customer to pay for debit orders that are processed incorrectly? Even more alarming is being told that the accounts department “cannot account for this.” This response is not only unhelpful but completely unacceptable from a financial services provider. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and overall disregard for customers is shocking. I strongly advise others: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
