The worst service ever

I have never been a happy client since l signed up with Cartracker. Firstly it was an issue with the app where l could not see my car movements. Then now they debited R1850.00 instead of R142.00.

I have called, emailed, and messaged them on Instagram, promise after promise. The worst ever Sharon Bereta confirmed seeing my email and not responding to it- l asked for at least an update and confirmation of when will l get my money as l have expenses and need the money, its been 10days still no response.

If you want peace of mind and be treated as a customer, l advise that you save yourself and not use this company as you will be dipressed
