The worst customer experience with Cartrack.
I have logged a dispute for a debit order that was debited in December 2024, the dispute was logged in February 2025. I have not yet received any feedback on the query that I have logged, however Cartrack harasses me daily to make payments. I have not seen such incompetence company that never wants to acknowledge when they are at fault.
