The worse company to business with

The worse company to do business with.A tracking system was fitted in my bakkie by Cartrack on 3 September 2025.After fitment they tested the system and it was noted that I do not receive an sms from them.I need to receive an sms with an OTP number from them every time I whant to activate and deactivate my start prevent function. It has been 3 weeks already and nobody can tell me what the probleme is.Been on the phone with them for hours just to get the run around. Nobody gets back to you.They took the money for the tracker I can't use it.So now I must pay for something for 36 mont that I can't use.When I told them to come and take it out I was told that I must pay a cancellation fee but a complaint was logged while the technician was this here.If they can't even sort a sms probleme out hou will they find a vehicle that was ****** 😡🤬
