THE UNIT IN MY CAR WASNT WORKING

Been with this company for 4 years, In May 2022i called for them to locate my car but I was on hold for an hour, and they said someone will call me back, and never did, called the next day, but they still couldn't locate my car and lady I spoke to said "sorry the unit in your car was last tested in March and they had no idea where my car was. I immediately canceled my month-to-month contract with them, Since May 2022 til now they have been debiting my account, of course, i reverse it, sent numerous emails explaining this story but no one is willing to help. I have receipts of emails and calls.
