The unit fell out of my motorcycle when I was in the process of purchasing a new one

The unit fell out of my motorcycle when I was in the process of purchasing a new one. I asked that the unit be moved to the new motorcycle. This was 8 months ago. According to Cartrack this is 3rd party interference. I must pay 600 for the “fine” And 600 to move the unit. I refused because it’s not my fault the unit fell out. The unit doesn’t work. I had it tested. I requested the unit be repaired or replaced. With a wireless one. I agreed to pay the R600. Now no one can sort it out. I get transferred to different sections. It’s better I move my business elsewhere.
