The tracking company installed their device/unit in my car which affected my left front speakers

The tracking company installed their device/unit in my car which affected my left front speakers. I took it to the dealership who identified that the issue was caused by the unit and said that the bill is R1600. Car Track more or less did not want to take responsibility and so I must settle a bill for a problem that they caused. My issue was placed as a priority but I guess we all have different definitions to “priority”. If I could, I would switch to another company but now I’m worried that they might cause further damage to my vehicle and basically wash their hands when they have to sort it out. Appalling service
