The service provided by car track was pathetic

The service provided by car track was pathetic. I have cartrack for more then 3 to 4 years ,i have all my vehicles under cartrack until ,my car got ****** and i saw the true intentions of the way car track handles their clients. When my car got ****** i had to phone cartrack myself they did not contact me yet my computer box in my car was getting changed. uptil now cartrack cannot recover my vehicle but now they failing and breaching the contract and does not want to payout anything for the recovery of the vehicle they making excuses first they said my payments was not up to date then i sent them all proof of payments everything was up to date and now they are saying that i did not follow the testing prompts what nonsense is that?? my car is getting ****** and i must have time to follow testing prompts im disgusted with this cheap service no point advertising everyday but when the client reali needs assistance you hide and make cover up stories! be professional or dont be a company at all!
