The service is poor

The service is poor. I booked a de-installation and re-installation of my vehicles. Nothing happened is almost two weeks now. No feedback and nothing has been done. I do follow ups the guys are not clued up😫😏. They keep on making empty promises. Am disappointed in your service 😏💔🙇♂️
