The response time is good and Sipho Mlanda was very professional however, I feel like they could improve on the confirmation questions. It would be better if I provide the information then they confirm instead of them asking is the car a white Haval, driving down street A and them giving me my number plate and their expected answer from me is Yes. I don't understand that logic.
