The reassurance on a contract gives me trust that my car will be monitored diligently. But there are a few things I wish had happened in the period of 4 years that I was with cartrack, such as an alert call when I am in high-risk areas. Also, the ongoing issue of the device that is not positioning. I have made several calls to report the issue, but I wasn't taken seriously. Whenever I call to test the device, the car has never been positioned since the beginning of this year. Thank God, I have never been in an incident where cartrack services were required. But I believe, if this was only happening to me, it's going to be noted and corrected.
