My suggestion would be that we should be able to access the app even if I do not have data, because I had to go through the process of buying data in order to access the app. Ohh and lastly I hope that you change your IDandV process during an emergency, it would be a hug inconvenience for someone to try and verify it's them after they have been in an accident (fortunately I was not in this case) Overall. It was perfect. It didn't take long.
