The most useless Accounts department and Management ever

Cartrack accounts department and allocation department is just useless. 2 Months later and a payment is still not allocated. Then you have to deal with an accounts agent every significant day that is calling about the same thing over and over and when you request to speak to a manager they alway have a story either in a meeting or taking lunch this is unacceptable. And then they deduct from you account twice within a weeks time and for what reason only they would know and this is even after I have cancelled my cartrack account with them as I am getting threats that the lawyers will get involved. They have proof of payment sent to them 3 times already and I have spoken to the team leaders and still here we are going for month 3 and still nothing is done even after I cancelled and took my business elsewhere. So would not recommend them at all quick to call for outstanding money but useless when they have to allocate the money that was paid with proof of payment
