The ****ming is continuing 😡🤬😡🤬

Few days ago I wrote my story about Cartrack and them not wanting to give me the recording as I wanted to cancel my subscription with the and all, then after all the back and forth one of their consultants called me with this number +27 (10) *** I think she said she’s “Zandile” and told me that they will cancel without any cancellation fee since they can’t find the recording and my current car is insured by them and they sent the conformation email that it’s cancelled, just now I got the notification from my bank that they have debited me for that policy that was cancelled, Cartrack please stop what you’re doing leave my money alone what you’re doing it’s ***** and ****ming, I can’t keep on reversing my bank is charging me on this debiting and reversing that is happening on my account.
