The gentleman that assisted me today was simply the best My cars battery was removed at the panelbeater and when cartrack called for the 1st time I dropped the call, to test the reaction process in an event when im hijacked and the phone is taken and the guy gave a normal call and confirmed all my details and gave the reason for the call and checked if all was well
