The Disdain of a Cartracking company - Car track

I have figured out that cartrack is a money making scheme and they have no care for us or our vehicles. I logged on to the site to try and track my car as a test since i now have a new laptop. to my Suprise the Location and Kilometers on the car were in correct infact - off by 30 000 Km. I called in to the call center and spoke to Mpho , i asked him to check my location . he was not able to find my car and also gave me a wrong location 80 km away. he then told me that hes waiting for signal and will call back. I then called back an hour later and spoke to their supervisors who promised to sort out my repair and make a booking by the next business day . this too did not happen . I called in again a day later to find out what happening with my repair Job. I spoke to Lerato from customer care who was busy with her business and couldnt pay attention to me clearly sounding irritable. dismissed me and told me to call back tomorrow the repair Dept is closed- didnt take my details or try understand my frustrations. No Care Here in all this time My car could be in Mozambique - Please come and remove your Unit from My car since you have not been tracking it for more than 12 month - or pay me back for the same.
