The client does not matter

So I needed a tracking device when I purchased my car and the dealer gave me the name of the company they use. My vehicle was ****** in July and when I phoned them to alert them they said oksy when we have positive info we'll call you. They called me twice in the space of a month! I understand you have no positive feedback but phone your client to say something even if it's just to let the client know that we the client are important. Pathetic! If your debit order doesn't go through they phone you the next damn day... But a ****** vehicle? Nothing. I would never recommend you to anyone and sure as hell I'll never use you ever again.
