The agent (K****tso Modika) who was on call is just a stellar chap. He took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain all the services provided by Cartrack and also allowed me the opportunity to ask questions - he listens and replies with understanding. A patient chap, willing to assist. Not once did he give me attitude, in fact I just enjoyed our conversation and listening to how passionate he was just speaking about his work - which is indicative of a professional who is at core, the best in what he does.
