06 Apr 2024, 23:23Lena Zwane was very kind and patient despite the fact that I called in a panic and possibly hard to understand. She was very assuring of the fact that Cartrack is doing their best to assist with a business vehicle which has been transporting goods in Malawi. She repeatedly attempted to call back after the line was cut as well as tried to contact the driver and provide feedback in a short span of time. Lena Zwane’s professionalism was Top Tier. Thank you.
