The advisors don’t want to call me back when I request a call back

The advisors don’t want to call me back when I request a call back. What if I was in danger and an advisor tells me it is not possible to call me back. I’m a lady and I feel like even if I was in danger I wouldn’t be rescued by you guys. My airtime cut for the second time and no one called me back
