THE ABSOLUTE WORST. BE WARNED!!!!!!!

I got a tracker fitted in my vehicle in January 2022. Up till today, the tracker has never worked. It shows on the app as last active in January 2022, on the day of the fitment. Cartrack scheduled a repair of the unit but the technician never showed up. No one called and no update was given. Now Oct 2022, i have chosen to cancel their services and i am being asked to pay a cancellation fee of R2650. For a unit that has never worked????
