The 5-star rating is for Molantwa Netshimbolimbo from the Cartrack Customer Care Team. I have been trying for quite a while now to sort out my Cartrack subscription and have been getting either no response to emails or contradictory information from other agents. Molantwa took the time to understand my questions, gave the correct feedback and went out of his way to find solutions to assist me. My query is still in progress and I'm hoping that he can get a solution soon, but so far his service has been fantastic! It makes such a difference when someone actually listens and responds to questions / concerns and not just give a scripted response that doesn't address the issue. Molantwa is absolutely brilliant and a huge asset to Cartrack. Thank you, Molantwa!
