The 5 star rating is for Karabo Lebogo
The 5 star rating is for Karabo Lebogo. After being sent from pillar to post for 2 different days of calling cartrack regarding my issue, it took her less than 15 min to get it resolved once she picked up the call. Now I have faith in Cartrack again coz I was almost loosing my trust in them after dealing with 3 different people and got nowhere on the issue.
