Thank you for taking our money every month on time Cartrack and make sure we get nothing back… not or Hilux or our warrent that paid every month.

Our Hilux was ****** on 22 June 2023. I called my husband and told that they just drove of with our Hilux call cartrack and tell them to track it. He went on his app and saw how they Hilux is driving of (which shows the app and tracker was working) and he phoned them. The first thing they ask is, is do you have a case number… now how do you ask that if your hilux was ****** 5min ago!!! Then next moment they blocked him from the app… One hour passed and no calls to tell you what is going on… in that time we got a case number and send it to them… we had to call them the whole time to ask what is going on… The last time we heard of cartrack was on Sunday 25 June and today is 28 June. No calls!!!! If we log on our app now it shows the Hilux is parked where it was ****** but with the old licence number!! How is that possible!!

We then tried to register for our warrent claim due to we know they will not get our Hilux back and I see now it is not just us who did not know this but Sethembinkosi M also mentioned in his review that we also do not qualify for warrant because we did not call them on quarterly basis. The tracker was working that same morning still, how can we not qualify and then why did we pay all that extra money for that warrent.

I am truly upset with Cartrack and have a few people that are going to remove their tracker from them and go to another tracker. If we get a new car then I will also not register with you again. Other trackers test their own units and let you know if their is something is wrong but not Cartrack.
