Thabang Mosakoa really helped me understand the different packages that Cartrack have and the process it takes in either down or up grading my existing package. The first thing that disheartened me was that I was placed on a feet package and I use my car for private use. Which means the consultant who sold me the package omitted this fact to get more money out of me. Secondly is how tedious the process is to actually downgrade or cancel my package and that there are additional costs that I need to cover before either one is successful completed. I’m not happy with cartrack because I’m not financially able to keep the plan I’m on not I am able to downgrade because I have to pay R350 call out fee. I’m also not able to cancel because I need to pay R2000 or so th cancel. It’s all very disheartening.
