Terrible whatsapp communication

Their WhatsApp communication is terrible. I sent a message trying to change my log in details on the app , they take a whole day to reply and when they do reply I try to reply to them as quickly as possible but still nothing I'm still waiting for my details to be changed it's been 2 days now , I'm just thinking what if this was an emergency.
