Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!

The pits! I have been waiting for Cartrack to come install my device and I have set up 2 appointments already and they are a no show! No communication whatsoever, I have to be the one that's always calling in and they response would be that the technician is stuck in traffic on his way to him and no show no communication at all until I call them again for them to give me another reason. I am a new customer with Cartrack and they have already disappointed me once, whats there to make me even believe that they will ever find my car should the worst happen. Asked to speak with a manager and apparently the consultant was unable to get a hold of one,pathetic! can their service get any worse!!!
