terrible service/*******/dishonest

<p>i have been with this company for the past two years and i havent been receiving what i had been promised and what i have been paying for. my car battery went off 3 time this year and i didnt received any communication from the company. i set up notifications for when i enter into high risk places but i still wasnt receiving the notifications. i only started receiving notifications when i called to cancel my policy with them. i was handed to an extremely rude consultant named Shaheema but she wasnt making sense. her colleague Neo has confirmed that the tracker devise was faulty but Shaheema, rudely told me that there was nothing wrong with the device. she then transfered my call to the fleet department and the supervisor was also extremely rude. he also told me the same thing, that the device is working perfectly well. when i asked about the notifications, he said his records show that i do receive notifications, then i made him aware that this only started happening after i called to cancel. i then asked anout the battery and he said they have 72 hour turn around time to receover a car. this was news to me. i told him that alot can happen in 72hours to myself, family and my car, so does that justify why nobody from the company called to check up on me? he rudely said that is there policy</p>
