Terrible service Since last year I have being complaining about my device not sending notifications when battery is removed but they keep on saying we have rebooted your device and everything should be fine but am still experiencing the same issues

Terrible service Since last year I have being complaining about my device not sending notifications when battery is removed but they keep on saying we have rebooted your device and everything should be fine but am still experiencing the same issues. And the worse part is I am paying for the device insurance but they still don’t wanna replace the faulty tracking device.
