Terrible service payimg for nothing

I have had the worst experience with cartrack I called numerous times in as I was getting Flat battery alert, I was concerned someone is fiddling with the battery trying to remove the tracker, I was told I will get a specific sms if thats the case. I called car track I was told to get An OB case number I went to get it but still wasnt helped. Today the tracker has been offline for over 2 months no one had even bothered to call and the car is still not with me. They were not willing to assist but so quick to debit and have the worse service, I want to take this as far as I can even on radio if need be.
