Terrible service from Cartrack - Money Grabbers!!!

Car track is quite happy to take your money, but paying it back doesn't suit them! You have to wait OVER 14 days! because it doesn't suit them! They take money they aren't authorized to. They make your life difficult in terms of funds for the end of the month and all they can say is sorry when they are ***********. No one can give you a straight answer. Nor can a manger call you when you request it!!!!! They make you wait and your family must suffer as that is money needed to run the household for month end! But all their accounts are filled but the rest of us need to wait!! I am highly disappointment with CAR TRACK. Not recommending them to anyone!
