Terrible Service from CarTrack

I requested car tracker to be installed for my insurance they told me scheduling people will call me back it took them a week to call me back then advised me they can only do it the following week. The date was scheduled however the technician came and he almost knocked my vehicle into the wall and then I had a phone call and he refused to complete the install and was highly unprofessional and rude and left. I called them back they kept me on hold for multiple time that it depleted my airtime and still I am not assisted. Please dont waste your time with this company and get another service provider
